Ring resizing
We offer complimentary resizing of up to two sizes up or two sizes down from the original size. Please contact us to arrange resizing, and allow additional time for this service before dispatch.
Shipping & Returns policy
Each piece is securely packaged and fully insured in transit. Ready-to-ship items are typically dispatched within 3–5 working days. Bespoke or made-to-order pieces will be sent once completed, and we’ll keep you informed every step of the way.
We hope you love your piece, but if for any reason you wish to return it, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. Bespoke or personalised items are non-returnable, but we’ll always do our best to ensure you’re delighted with your jewellery.
