For Bespoke Items:
All custom-made pieces are crafted uniquely for you. We require full payment upfront before production begins. Please note that this payment is non-refundable once we start working on your bespoke item.

For Ready-to-Ship Items:
For any items that are not custom-made, you have the right under UK law to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it. You then have another 14 days to return the item to us for a full refund.
