All items are handmade and subject to availability. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product at any time without prior notice. As each piece is crafted individually, minor variations in finish, tone, or materials may occur — these are considered part of the handmade nature of our work.
3. Pricing and Payment
All prices are listed in GBP (£) and include applicable UK VAT unless stated otherwise.
Payments are processed securely through Shopify Payments and other approved gateways. Orders are not confirmed until payment has been successfully received.
4. Shipping
We offer worldwide shipping, including the UK and EU.
All orders are securely packaged and insured in transit.
Delivery times may vary depending on location and whether your piece is bespoke, made to order, or ready to ship. Estimated dispatch times are provided on each product page, but are not guaranteed.
5. Returns and Exchanges
We want you to be delighted with your purchase.

Non-bespoke items: You may return non-bespoke jewellery within 14 days of receipt for an exchange or refund, provided it is unworn, in its original packaging, and in resaleable condition.

Bespoke, customised, or resized items: These pieces are made to order and therefore non-returnable and non-refundable.

6. Repairs and Resizing
We offer repairs and resizing services for jewellery purchased directly from David Reale Goldsmith.
If you wish to arrange this, please contact us by email. We will assess the item and provide an estimated cost and timeframe for the work before proceeding.
